Seats, fees, scope and stops.
These terms apply to open groups, closed groups and refresher clinics run by Seniorsaicourses in 2026. A paid invoice is an agreement to the sitting described on that invoice and to this page.

Who the contract is with
You contract with Seniorsaicourses, the teaching studio named on this site. E-mail [email protected]. Phone +65 6345 7126. The public identity of the studio is the name, address, phone, e-mail, hours and the hosting line. We do not put registration or tax numbers on this website.
If a closed group is booked by an organisation, that organisation is the paying party for the eight seats. Individual learners in a closed group still follow the rails and the room rules; they do not each hold a separate fee unless we have invoiced them separately.
A seat on a named programme
An open-group purchase is one person’s seat on four sessions of two hours, eight seats in the room, for one of the six programmes listed on the programmes page, or one two-hour refresher clinic. A closed-group purchase is the room of eight for four sessions of one named programme. Cards, tea and tablet loan in the room are included. No software licence is sold. No certificate is issued.
The method taught is the Everyday Loop: Frame, Ask, Check, Keep, with the three checks and the six safety rails published on this site. We may change a worked example in the room; we do not change the four passes or the rails as a condition of the fee.
Fees, payment, missed sittings
Fees for 2026 are S$480 per open-group programme seat, S$3,840 per closed group of eight, and S$120 per refresher clinic seat. A seat is confirmed when the invoice for that seat is paid, before session 1. We do not hold unpaid seats across a weekend.
A sitting the learner misses is not refunded and is not supplied as a recording or a transcript. If Seniorsaicourses cancels a sitting, we rearrange that sitting or return the fee that applies to that sitting. A remaining open-group seat may be transferred before session 2 if we agree in writing that the incoming learner can start at the same rung; turning up with a substitute without that writing is not a transfer.

Conduct and equipment
Learners use lent tablets or, from session 2, a personal device they can already open. The studio is not responsible for a personal device that fails, for data charges, or for an account the learner cannot enter. We do not recover passwords in the sitting.
The six rails apply in the room. We will stop a demonstration that asks for an NRIC, a one-time code, a password, a payment, or a document upload suggested by an assistant. We may ask a learner to leave a sitting, without a refund for that sitting, if they repeatedly put identifiers into a request after being told not to, or if they prevent the other seven people from hearing a check.
What the studio does not promise
We do not promise that an assistant will be accurate. Rule 4 is part of the method: assume the answer may be wrong until a check passes. We do not promise a rung on the confidence ladder; the ladder is a teaching placement, not a grade, and we do not issue it on letterhead.
We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Preparing questions is not a consultation. We are not liable for a decision a learner takes after a sitting, including a message they send, a plan they buy, or a clinic they skip. To the extent Singapore law allows, our liability for a paid programme is limited to the fee paid for that programme.

Singapore law governs these terms. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply. Privacy handling is described on the privacy page; that page is part of how we take enquiries, not a separate product.
