Seniorsaicourses opened in 2026 at Mountbatten Square. The organisation speaks as we. The product is the Everyday Loop, run in groups of eight.
Two hours, eight seats, lent tablets, large-print cards. The clock is the same in a partner room.
How a course runs
A course is four sittings. Each sitting is two hours on a weekday or a Saturday morning. Eight people share one table. The first ten minutes recap the card from the previous week. The next twenty minutes write one new task as a single sentence — who it is for, what is needed, by when — and we do not open an assistant until that sentence holds a verb and a deadline. Guided typing on lent tablets follows. Tea is at the hour. After tea we read a prepared wrong answer and apply the three checks out loud. The last stretch is handwriting the keep line so that it can be read without the computer, then one optional sentence to try before the next sitting.
Nothing in that clock requires a learner to have met the studio before 2026, because the studio did not exist before 2026. There is no earlier history to recite, no anniversary, and no roll of named clients. What we can state is the room: eight seats, two hours, four sessions, printed cards, a stop rule for money, codes and documents.
We lend tablets so that session 1 is not an installation class. We issue paper so that session 4 is not a screenshot class. We keep groups at eight so that every check can be heard. Those three constraints are the studio. Formats that break them — a lecture hall, a webinar, a private home visit billed as the same course — are not this course.
Partner venues are used when a host can match the constraints: a door that closes, tables for eight, power, a kettle. The syllabus does not expand because the room is different. Rule 3 is still in the first hour. The loop card is still issued once.
What we publish, and what we do not
Public identity is a short list. We do not add registration, tax or licence numbers to this site, nor biographies, nor claimed results. Numbers that appear are capacities and durations.

The assistant prepares wording and questions. It does not replace a clinic, a lawyer or a bank.
What the studio is for
Ordinary life admin is the syllabus: family messages, a landlord reply, a complaint, an official letter, questions before a clinic visit, a suspicious SMS, two utility plans, photo labels, a translated notice, an outing outline, a short family speech, a monthly expense note. The Everyday Loop is how those tasks are put to an assistant without handing over identifiers, codes or decisions that belong elsewhere.
The studio is not a general computer school. It is not a brand shop. It is not a medical, legal or financial advice service. Adults who need those services should keep the professionals they already have. We will teach the questions to take into the room; we will not sit in that room for you.
The open-group room
Open groups meet at #03-05, Mountbatten Square. The building is on Mountbatten Road. Arrive by public transport to Mountbatten or Dakota; the fee does not include a parking reservation. Lift access is from the lobby. The room is set for eight, not for a lecture. Come ten minutes before the hour. The two-hour clock starts on time whether or not every seat has tea yet.
If you are booking a closed group, send the host address with the enquiry. We will say whether the room can take eight at tables with power and a door that closes. We will not run the method in a space that is also a café service or a walk-through corridor.
How we speak on this site
British English throughout: programme, organise, centre, practise as a verb, S$ for prices. The tone is structural — tables, numbered passes, durations — because that is how the room runs. We do not publish testimonials, star ratings, or success percentages. We do not describe the work with adjectives when a session count or a fee can say it.
Photographs on the site show rooms, desks, machines and unnamed people at work. They are not portraits of staff and they are not named learners. No team page exists, by design. If you write to [email protected], you are writing to the studio.
