Who holds the data
Seniorsaicourses holds the messages you send through the enquiry form or to [email protected], and the invoices we issue if a seat is confirmed. The site is hosted in Singapore. We do not publish registration, tax or licence numbers on this website; those identifiers are not part of the public identity of the studio.
There is no separate “data protection officer” named on this page, because we do not publish staff names. Write to the studio e-mail if you want a copy of what we hold about an enquiry, or if you want it deleted after a booking has closed.
What the form sends
The form on the contact page posts name, e-mail, optional phone, optional programme name, and a message, to send.php, which e-mails [email protected]. We use those fields only to reply about seats, closed groups, invoices and sitting times.

Do not put an NRIC, passport, bank or card number in the message. If you do, we will ask you to resend without it and we will delete the first copy. The same rule is taught in the room as rail 1.
How long messages and invoices sit
Unsuccessful enquiries — sittings that were full, or messages that did not become a seat — are kept for 90 days so that we can answer a follow-up, then deleted from the mailbox we use for [email protected]. Confirmed bookings keep name, e-mail, phone if given, programme, sitting dates and invoice records for 7 years as ordinary business records in Singapore, then are destroyed.
We do not build a marketing list from the form. We do not send a newsletter. A reply about a sitting is the only e-mail you should receive unless you write again.
What the site stores in a browser
The cookie bar sets one local preference in your browser so the bar does not return on every visit. That preference is not an advertising profile. The site does not set third-party marketing cookies. Server logs on the host may record IP address, time and requested path for security and uptime; we do not use those logs to profile learners. Details of the preference itself are on the Cookies page.
Who else sees a message
Mail is delivered through the studio’s e-mail provider in order to reach [email protected]. The web host in Singapore stores the files that make up this site. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not pass a message to another teaching studio. If a closed-group host needs a list of eight first names for the door, we take that list from the host, not from this form.
If we are required by law to disclose a record, we do that on the legal instrument, not as a routine share.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
Write to [email protected] from the same address you used in the enquiry, and name the sitting or the date you wrote. We will say what we hold and, for unsuccessful enquiries still inside 90 days, we will delete on request. Booking records that are still inside the 7-year business window can be corrected if a name or e-mail is wrong; they are not deleted while the invoice period still applies.
This page does not create a right that Singapore law does not already give. It states the studio’s practice for 2026.
